We have developed a comprehensive Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Policy with clearly defined roles and responsibilities across the management chain, with well-defined procedures, guidance notes and elaborate instructions to ensure work safety at our offices and facilities. Our internal audit teams are empowered to thoroughly audit processes, sites and offices to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of our Integrated Management system, which help us in implementing effective correction and preventive action to resolve lapses wherever identified.
Our Integrated Management System has been certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 50001 standards. Our HSEQ policy enhances our Client charter, Sustainable Development Charters and we strive to establish, Implement, maintain and improve our internal HSEQ parameters. Our HSEQ management helps us in meeting all relevant statutory requirements in our markets as well as promote the development and implementation of global best practices in HSEQ in markets with inadequate or absent statutory standards, in collaboration with our clients and stakeholders.
We contribute to the conservation of our eco-systems by preferentially procuring energy efficient products/services, improving technical installation efficiency, reducing energy usage and lowering harmful emissions wherever possible. We also provide comprehensive training to our employees to ensure their awareness and compliance with our HSEQ policies and procedures. We maintain open channels of communication with our suppliers and sub-contractors to improve their HSEQ standards, and also engage with stakeholders and relevant allies/partners on issues related to HSEQ management.
