The month of January enlightened EFS’ workforce to help them realize what benefits lie in SAVINGS
A Penny Saved is Penny Earned is EFS’ campaign focused of financial planning. This outreach programme was implemented in 2017 to encourage a savings culture among EFSians. This campaign brings includes initiatives that focus on raising awareness of financial planning and empowers the lifeline of our staff. This, in turn, makes them self-sufficient and helps them grow towards self-actualization.
It also helps the workforce directly liaise with the Group CEO and Senior Management across all our staff accommodations in the UAE.
Through 800+ saving champions who are none other than our dedicated Supervisors, the campaign’s objectives are further communicated to our large multi-cultural workforce. With a conducive partnership with National Bonds, EFS also offers AED100 join up fee to each and every EFSian to begin their savings journey.
So far, the campaign has received a powerful response with over 300 staff. This impactful campaign has boosted over half a million savings. Additionally, gathering some insightful testimonials from the ones who’ve practised the art despite their atrocities of being home away from home.
We believe that this campaign provides an enabling environment for our staff to benefit from the perks of their own savings and unlock their economic potential.
