From painting to managing admin tasks, Udi Endurance is a strong-willed individual who showed great strength even in the toughest of times.
Talk about staying true to your name. Udi Endurance, a new member of our team is the epitome of endurance – and yes that is his real name! He has lived up to his name, especially as he overcame one of the toughest obstacles he ever had to face.
He joined EFS in 2017 as a painter/technician and in this time, he has managed to progress to an Administrator. But he hit a few bumps along the way.
Udi is married with six kids, three of them are married while the other three living with him are 15, 14 and 4 years of age. He was living his life, taking it one day at a time.
Then, he and his family were given quite a scare when Udi had to undergo valve replacement surgery to replace faulty valves of his heart. He was ill for roughly 3 months before the procedure took place, which was thankfully done in February 2018.
Despite his health condition, Udi worked flawlessly. His dedication is admirable. As an employee-driven company, EFS supported Udi and gave him the time to rebuild his health and rejoin later. EFS didn’t want to lose its most valuable asset and hence thought of putting him in a place where he could develop his Admin skills.
Perfection is not human according to him, striving to make things better is more human and realistic, so some days we might get it right but sometimes it may not just be our day. No matter which kind of day we are having, it is important to remember to be grateful and hopeful of what’s ahead.
Udi has always been willing to learn new things and take on new challenges and various roles. He believes he can showcase his skills through training and seminars delivered to him by the EFS team. He is very appreciative of EFS for standing by him even in difficult times.
Mr. Endurance has learned to take each day as it comes, and he hopes that it can impact people’s lives positively. Since going through this, there’s no turning back for Udi Endurance. He is as driven as ever and more enthusiastic than before. So, what’s in a name? Well, for Udi, it seems like there is definitely a lot of meaning in his.
