How is the EFS English Language Program changing the confidence levels of our colleagues?
In this episode, we meet Junaid Ullah, who shares his story of how the English Language Program changed his ability to communicate with clients and his colleagues, improving his work performance.
Junaid joined EFS Facilities Services Group in 2016, and as an MEP Team Leader, he is always in close contact with people from different backgrounds where English becomes the common ground for effective communication.
Junaid enrolled in our English Language Program in partnership with Mirai Partners to further develop his personal growth, adding linguistic skills to his can-do attitude and motivation.
As a result, Junaid achieved fast learning progress from the first semester, while his self-confidence levels in the workplace have increased, adding to much progress in his personal life as well.
EFS English Language Program has been developed in partnership with Mirai Partners by bringing the AI assessments tool to track and evaluate blue-collar workers’ English language literacy levels across the group and help the learning and development specialists devise a personalised language education program to bridge the linguistic gap.
