Over 3000 blue collared EFS staff pledged their support towards the People of Determination at The Special Olympics World Games Abu Dhabi 2019
We at EFS are a People First Organization and are privileged to be a part of the largest sports and humanitarian event in the world, this year,
The Special Olympics. EFS Facilities Services has collaborated with The Special Olympics World Games Abu Dhabi 2019 through active participation from over 3000 blue-collared staff who motivated and cheered the athletes representing 192 nations at the events held in Abu Dhabi and Dubai over a span of two days, 15th and 16th of March.
As a part of EFS’ CSR objective, our workforce stands central to our socially driven deeds and their welfare and happiness are of utmost importance.
We were not only enthusiastic about hauling those stands with our voices but overwhelmed to see our motivated staff witness a once in a lifetime event.
Exposure to 3 diverse sports activities namely swimming, football and volleyball involving the People of Determination has greatly impacted the morale of our staff but also inspired them in large numbers. Through UAE’s vision of a more inclusive world and our efforts, we aimed to inspire our staff with a mindset of inclusivity through this event.
We at EFS would like to encourage other service-driven organizations to contribute towards these efforts at the Special Olympics World Games Abu Dhabi 2019 and create a vibe of team spirit across these stadiums.
