In line with the Ministry of Education’s announcement that nurseries in UAE will be closed for two weeks starting from March 1st 2020, as a precautionary measure against the Coronavirus, the Group CEO – Mr. Tariq Chauhan, has arranged for a special provision wherein a staff member would watch over children under the age of seven while working.

This option can be considered by all working parents who are facing challenges due the above announcement and have no other option or support to take care of their children. Additionally, any parent whose child is ailing can “Work from Home” in this case.

Mr. Tariq Chauhan, Group CEO, EFS Facilities Services Group further stated that “In the wake of COVID-19 and the aftermath, it is time for organizations to pledge inclusivity and employees being family must be given all the help they need in such times.

In this regard, EFS is committed to creating this special facility for its employees especially mothers to bring their kids to the workplace wherein their children are kept under the special care of trained attendants and nurses due to the recent closure of schools and nurseries and continues to do its part to help the employees, family, home, neighborhood and community at large.”
