TAWASOL, EFS Facilities Services Group’s flagship nationalisation initiative for Emirati talent, is focused on attracting, engaging, and developing Emirati talent as part of our commitment to UAE’s economic growth and sustainable community development.
Translated as outreach, TAWASOL will play a critical role in our future endeavours as a platform to strengthen our ties with our Emirati brethren.
On this note, last week, EFS welcomed 65 Emirati colleagues across all the Emirates into our family under this program. Their rigorous orientation regimen started with a welcome address by Group CEO, Mr. Tariq Chauhan, joined by the EFS Senior Leadership team and culminated in a sumptuous lunch with the Group CEO and the UAE HR Leaders at the EFS Head Office in Dubai.
