Technical Innovation Excellence awards (TIE) is an initiative by the Senior Leadership Team & Learning and Development at EFS for encouraging our employees to reflect upon their observations on the ground with a critical yet entrepreneurial mindset in order to add more value for our customers.
One of the award category under this initiative which was celebrated in December 2019 at EFS head office is called the Facility Condition Assessment award 2019.
Facility condition assessment (FCA) is all about effective maintenance planning. The incorporation of condition assessments as part of maintenance process ensures that there is a structured and objective process for identifying the demand for condition-based maintenance works to meet strategic and operational priorities.
FCA enables us to have an entrepreneurial mindset and take a consultancy approach towards generating additional revenue while adding more value for our customers. The top three winners were rewarded on their accomplishments.
