A Matt Osborne Podcast interview with EFS Facilities Services Group CEO, Tariq Chauhan – A World Leader in Facilities Management.

 

EFS Facilities Services Group CEO Tariq Chauhan had the pleasure to join Matt Osborne’s podcast “The Building Manager” and discussed everything from the Global FM industry to how the market is evolving despite all the challenges.

INCEPTION

The Group CEO Tariq Chauhan enlightened the podcast and walked us through his Economics and financial background as an economics graduate, a Harvard Business School Master Degree holder and his Banking and Technology experience to the CEO and Co-founder of EFS Facilities Services Group.

The Group CEO recalled how EFS evolved, and the accomplishments made from a company existing in 3 countries and managing 17 to 20 clients to a Group of companies that extends in 21+ countries and deals with more than 520 clients worldwide.

INDUSTRY CHALLENGES

Lastly, some challenges include the need for educational institutions to upgrade their curriculum to match FM demands as the current one is outdated.

The industry growth and Job training cost constitute online training, coaching and direct job training to perfectly fit with job positions.
